About Me...

Hi, I'm Jess Weber, owner of Stretch Wave Studio in Medway, MA. I help people move better, feel better, and perform better through fascial stretching.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is an assisted stretching technique that targets your fascia—the connective tissue surrounding your muscles, joints, and organs. Unlike traditional static stretching, FST uses gentle traction and oscillation to improve range of motion, release muscle tension, and enhance flexibility. This therapeutic stretching method is highly effective for pain relief, injury prevention, athletic performance, and post-workout recovery.​

I work with people dealing with chronic tightness, recovering from injuries, training for competition, and those who simply want to move through their day with more ease. This specialized technique unlocks mobility and relieves tension in ways traditional stretching can't. ​ Every body is different. I take time to understand what's limiting your movement and what you're working toward, then create a personalized stretching program designed specifically for you. My approach combines evidence-based technique with years of hands-on experience to deliver real, lasting results.

When my back and lower legs started to become a problem due to tightness, I searched for a stretch studio and found Jess. She is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She took time to get to know my limitations and what was my most important concern. Over the next few sessions I noticed a great improvement in my back and legs especially, after long drives.
