What to expect at the first session

We ask that on your first session you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out intake paperwork and go over it together. This is your time to ask any questions, address any areas of pain or discomfort for you. Then we will move into a range of motion and full body assessment, these sessions are done on a treatment table. No two are the same as they are completely customized based on current needs of your body.

3

What to wear to a session

Please wear athletic or loose clothing that allow for maximum mobility, this is done without shoes so please have socks as well.

Does FST hurt?

No. One of the reasons this modality works so well is that we do our best to help your body get into a parasympathetic state by communicating throughout the stretch and coaching breathing patterns to make sure the movement does not cause discomfort. You will feel a stretch awareness, but

no pain.
